In the Spotlight... Caribbean

This inaugural issue of the Caribbean Regional Spotlight Initiative Newsletter highlights foundational elements established so far to ensure the success of the regional programme.
It features messages from lead partners: the United Nations Resident Coordinator (RC) Barbados and the OECS; the Ambassador to the EU Delegation, Barbados, the Eastern Caribbean States, the OECS and CARICOM/CARIFORUM, the CARICOM Secretariat, the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Secretariat, and the Representative UN Women MCO-Caribbean who are technical coherence lead for the Regional SLI programme.
This issue also shares progress and lessons from three Spotlight Initiative national programmes - Belize, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago.
