UN Women Grenada - Spotlight Grenada - Small Grant Proposal - VAWG

UN Women plans to award small grants to eligible Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) based in Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique to contribute to the Spotlight Initiative objectives to prevent and end family violence. The vision of the Spotlight Initiative (SI) is that the rights of women and girls to live free from violence are protected, promoted, and upheld. The impact that the SI will work towards achieving is that all women and girls, particularly those who are most vulnerable, live a life free of violence and harmful practices.
Grant Purpose: To support the expansion of the technical substantive capacity of national, local and grassroot women’s rights organisations, and other organisations working on Family Violence (FV) and Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) in Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique.
Eligible Organisations: Civil society and other not for profit organisations in Grenada working on Family Violence and VAWG. Non-traditional and first-time organisations are highly encouraged to apply.
**NOTE: eligible organisations must be legally registered and operational for 3 or more years
Amount:
- Up to 10,000 USD equivalent for smaller projects
- Up to 20,000 USD equivalent for larger projects
