This summary of the report submitted by the Government of Haiti to the Commission charged for monitoring the application of the CEDAW convention is both a resource document on the status of women in Haiti as well as a road map for gender equality arising from the concluding observations and recommendations of the Commission. The document can also be used to raise awareness among key constituencies to build a whole of government accountability.
