The EU-UN Spotlight Trinidad and Tobago Programme being implemented with special focus in Tunapuna/Piarco, Mayaro/Rio Claro and Tobago. The TT Spotlight Newsletter Issue 5 focuses on:

A media conference held by the Honourable Ayanna Webster-Roy, Minister with responsibility for Gender and Child Affairs, with the Spotlight UN Implementing agencies - UN Women, UNDP, UNFPA, UNHCR, UNICEF, ILO, PAHO), the Civil Society-National Reference Group and EU Delegation.

The Trinidad & Tobago and the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service received a donation of critical equipment for its Victim and Witness Support Unit (VWSU) during a presentation by UN Women, the EU Delegation and the Spotlight Initiative Coordination Team.
