UN Women plans to engage an Implementing Partner (Non-Governmental Organizations [NGOs], Academic Institutions or Registered Community-Based Organizations [CBOs]) as defined in accordance with these documents. UN Women now invites sealed proposal from qualified proponents for providing the requirements as defined in the UN Women Terms of Reference. Proposal must be received by UN Women at the address specified not later than 23:59 PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST) on 18 October 2019.

This UN Women Call for Proposals consists of four sections and a series of annexes that will be completed by proponents and returned with their proposal:
